Long-term Xerox partner and leading Mauritian print solutions provider Harel Mallac Bureautique was named Africa Operations Distributor of the Year at the Bytes Document Solutions Sales Honours and Achievers Awards evening held recently.
Harel Mallac Bureatique has been the sole representative of Xerox in Mauritius for more than 50 years. The company markets and services Xerox document equipment, software solutions and services. Its product range includes small desktop devices through to multifunctional office devices. The award celebrates the company’s Xerox sales growth, services and innovation, which have been exceptional in particularly tough economic ties.
“We are proud and happy to have won the African Operations Distributor of the Year award,” says Alain Ah-Sue, MD of Harel Mallac Bureatique. “Our team’s hard work, dedication and commitment, and the trust that our customers have in us and the Xerox brand have definitely contributed to our excellent results in 2015. I would like to thank all our stakeholders, our colleagues at Harel Mallac Bureautique, our loyal customers and last but not least the staff and management of Bytes Document Solutions Africa Operations.”
The BDS Achievers Awards recognise top-performing business partners who exceed specified targets and goals. The prize for Africa Operations Distributor of the Year was an all-expenses paid trip for two to Zanzibar, and a cash bonus.
“Alain and his team have achieved exceptional performance,” says Johan Basson, CEO of Bytes Document Solutions. “Harel Mallac Bureautique are deserving winners and should be proud of what has been achieved over the past year. Xerox's advanced digital printing technology and services have provided the right printing applications to enable Harel Mallac Bureatique’s clients to grow their business and boost profits. Combining the right printing equipment, workflow and software solutions, and finishing equipment results in digital printing applications that drive profits for its customers.”
Basson adds that as the top distributor in Africa of Xerox products and services, Harel Mallac Bureautique will continue to strengthen its position in the Mauritian market even further with Xerox document management solutions.
