Please find below the criteria we use to select candidates for our learnership programmes:
- Be South African citizens, (all races can apply)
- Be between the ages of 18 and 35
- Be unemployed
- Be presentable and have good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have no criminal record
- Be locally based
- Not be studying full time

- Be living with a disability
- Provide a medical certificate from a relevant medical practitioner

Recruitment can be done in conjunction with the customer to ensure that candidates also fit the culture of a specific organisation in which they will be deployed.
As part of the recruitment process eligible applicants are invited for an interview as well as skills, psychometric and attitude assessments.
